A young woman trapped between past and present wanders through a shifting landscape of memory. As a therapist bears witness to her story, fragmented memories begin to transform, revealing the possibility of healing and a future beyond trauma.

See Memory explores how memory shapes our lives—and how traumatic memories can hold us captive between past and present. Blending art and neuroscience, the film invites viewers to reconsider the nature of memory and the possibility of transformation.

Created from more than 30,000 hand-painted images, See Memory combines animated paintings with insights from leading neuroscientists and psychiatrists to illuminate how memories are formed, altered, and healed. Through this fusion of visual storytelling and scientific perspective, the film gives voice to the often fragmented experience of remembering and the human search for meaning, connection, and hope.
